Springs Documentary Film Festival is almost here! In preparation for this
extraordinary 9-day celebration of documentary filmmaking, happening October
9th - 17th in Hot Springs, join us at Woodlands Auditorium for an exclusive,
free Festival Preview Event starting at 6:30 PM., September 28th.
For the fourth year in a row, Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival Executive Director Ken Jacobson will
present a complete overview of the festival, including highlights from the film
lineup, Gala Events, and announcements of special guests. You’ll also enjoy a
highlight reel of film trailers to get you festival-ready.
A cash bar will be
available throughout the event as well as a small reception with light
hors d’oeuvres. Plus — don’t miss your chance to win door prizes and
festival pass giveaways!

FREE EVENT. Join the Parks and Recreation Department and the HSV Trails Committee for a unique interpretive experience under the moon and stars. We will begin at the Balboa Spillway Trailhead and traverse along the trail under the Hunter's Full Moon. We will stop at designated spots along the way where committee members will educate us with history of Hot Springs Village facts and information. The total walking distance is approximately one mile.
