HSV Escape Room - "Murder in the Village"

HSVEscape Room - Murder in the Village. A body was found in Room 1 of the Coronado Community Center. The HSVPOA Police Department is requesting your assistance in solving this crime. They have developed a list of suspects, various clues and some evidence. They have a press conference scheduled in an hour and want to name the murderer at that time. So, you have one hour to solve the crime! Good luck! This is a fundraiser for the Police Department and 20% of the cost of your tickets will be donated to the Police Department to be used for equipment purchases. Thanks for participating in this fun and challenging fundraiser! This room is a great adventure for up to 6 players. No Village knowledge required - everything you need is in the room. Moonshine Festival- Bootlegger 5K/Half Pint Run

Join us for the Bootlegger 5K and Half Pint Run on Balboa Trail, part of the three-day Moonshine Festival, during Memorial Day weekend. The Bootlegger 5K and Half Pint Run includes registration and commemorative T-Shirt (orders before midnight Sunday, May 20). Registration is $20 and $15 respectively. After the run, stay for the Bootleg Bash, featuring a Jug Band and Bonfire beginning at 8:00 pm and a Lighted Boat Parade by the Balboa Yacht Club at 9:00 pm. Prizes awarded in the following categories: Half Pint Run - 7 and under; Bootlegger 5K - Overall, Male First Overall, Female First Overall, and Male/Female Divisions for ages 8 to 12, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and older. "A Memorial Day Salute"

Memorial Day weekend, we salute those fallen heroes with a special show honoring their sacrifice and celebrating our freedom. Ken Goodman Entertainment presents the fabulous Victory Belles (WW2 Museum, New Orleans) and Voices Rising of Hot Springs Village in "A Memorial Day Salute" on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at 7:30 pm at Woodlands Auditorium. General Admission tickets are $25. Photo ops are available following the show.
 

Moonshine Festival - Full Moon Paddle

Join us for the Full Moon Paddle on Lake Balboa, part of the three-day Moonshine Festival, during Memorial day weekend. Coronado Comedy Club Presents Comedian Paul Miller

The Coronado Comedy Club (in partnership with the Breakfast Lions Club) presents Comedian Paul Miller on June 8th. Paul has worked at clubs all across the country, including Fortune 500 companies, Off Broadway, and on Disney Cruise Lines. However he is most proud of his time spent with the USO. As part of the Warrior Reset program, Paul worked with active duty troops to develop resilience leadership skills through skill based play. Paul's show is an interactive, clean comedy, juggling and magic show. Come for an evening of side splitting laughter at the Coronado Community Center, 150 Ponderosa Ln. Muses "Man of La Mancha"

James Langman from Langman Estate Winery will join us and presents wines from his estate which is in the Sierra Foothills. On this night James will be premiering two of his wines of which you will among the first to taste before going to the market. One person will be selected to receive a special gift from Mr. Langman. Missoula Children's Theater Workshop Audition

The Hot Springs Village Concerts Association is bringing the Missoula Children’s Theatre (MCT), the nation’s largest touring children’s theatre, to Hot Springs Village for a week-long theatre workshop. The MCT tour directors will arrive in HSV on July 9, 2018 with a set, lights, costumes, props, and make-up – everything needed to put on a play…except the cast. The directors will hold an open audition on July 9th at Woodlands Auditorium at 10:00 a.m. and will cast 50-60 local students ages 6-18 to perform in the production of The Princess and the Pea. The kids have practiced and rehearsed all week. Now it is time for the Show! Come and see the Missoula Children’s Theatre production of The Princess and the Pea at the Woodlands Auditorium. Showtimes are Friday, July 13th at 5:30pm and Saturday, July 14th at 3:00pm. Tickets are $10 plus tax for adults and children 18 and under are free. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All attendees must order a ticket. This production is presented by the Hot Springs Village Concert Association in conjunction with Hot Springs Village POA.
